Yes, yes, I'm still alive! I took a massive break to finish my degree, and having graduated two days ago (woohoo!) I figured I could wake from my artistic slumber.
I have some news you'll all enjoy: I completed my finance degree, and even though I'm glad I did it and I've learnt a lot, I don't really want to work in finance. After buying a new iMac, tablet and subscribing to Creative Cloud and bombarding my new computer with twenty Adobe programs, I think I've come to terms with what I've known all along - that I should've studied graphic design. (cue face palm)
SO! My grand plan is to do a graphic design course starting in 2016, and hopefully start a career in the field I probably kind of should have studied to begin with!
Currently I'm working on a portfolio of hopefully passable graphics that I can submit to get into the course, but once that's done I'll be working on pretty horse pictures again for sure, even just to brush up my skills or make some extra pocket money. I'll let you all know when I can take orders again, and of course will upload my portfolio works so you can all determine just how rusty I am! Yay!
Okie dokie, that's all for now - I've missed you all, it's nice to be back!
Guess what guys? The shitty disk drive arrived in the mail, and after spending two days trying to get it to actually read a disk, I threw it in the bin out of sheer rage. BUT, it's all okay, because it turns out I didn't even need a disk drive to install Photoshop - I borrowed someone else's computer to move the install files from the disk to my own USB stick and installed it that way! Huzzah!
I also managed to get my Bamboo tablet installed on my new laptop, which took all of ten seconds (*applause for Wacom*). I'm currently working on a super exciting order from Pandora on HL, and once this is about 3/4 finished I will be taking a few more orders!
:woohoo: You may commission me to create any photomanipulation of your choosing.
Each piece is $20 USD, payable via Paypal.
Order slot #1: CLOSED
I'm currently too busy to take a new commission, but watch this space!
If you're interested in the above commission slot, just drop me a note. :)

HI GUYS! So first things first; thankyou to the fabulous devoucoux (https://www.deviantart.com/devoucoux) for the premi membership!
Oh and also, I bought a new laptop, which I'm super excited about! But the problem is, I bought it because it was 1TB storage with an i7 processor that went at the speed of light (my one criteria was simply 'RAWWWW POWWEERRRRRR :typerhappy:'). Which is all great except the slight overlook of it having no disk drive, and therefore no way for me to install my Photoshop disk. Good one Chelsea.
So, I've ordered a really cheap disk drive off eBay and I'm awaiting its arrival. Being cheap, there's a chance it may happily suck up the Photoshop
